Insurance
All goods are insured during transit. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or lost during delivery, Promo Alliance will work with the logistics provider to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or credit as quickly as possible.
Collection Option
Prefer to collect your order yourself? No problem. You can choose to collect directly from the supplier branch. Once your order is ready, you will receive a collection number and branch details. Simply present this at the branch to pick up your goods.
Direct delivery to your door: If you need orders delivered directly to your office or your client's address, courier delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Contact your account manager for a courier quote.
