Sending Artwork
Simply reply to the confirmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art file. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the specific order you’ve placed.
If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Account Manager who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order. Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our sales team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details!

Special Instructions
We require Pantone reference numbers and any other information you think we need.
Remember, artwork preparation is vital – meaning you’ll receive an e-mail mock-up (if requested and paid for) for your approval – thereafter print layouts before your order goes into production!
Note: Mockups should not be used for approval, they are merely to give an idea & are not exact.
Artwork Formats
Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Remember, your artwork will be handled personally by a member of our art team.
