Section A: Information Collected and How it is Used
What we collect if you only browse our websites:
If you do nothing during your visit to our website but browse, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain limited information about your visit. Promo Alliance like many internet and catalogue retailers employs other companies and individuals to perform specific functions on our behalf. You may always choose whether to provide personal information to us on-line.

The internet offers many educational opportunities for children. However, parental guidance and supervision is necessary to ensure a safe and rewarding online experience. Although our site is a general audience site, we do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen (18). Privacy Complaints
Promo Alliance commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. If a complaint or dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, The Promo Alliance has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints to an independent dispute resolution mechanism. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint or concern, or it is it not satisfactorily addressed by The Promo Alliance, you may refer the complaint to the relevant ombudsman.
